Based in New England and working collaboratively with clients on land, food, and farm projects, Fruit to Root provides “backbone” services and specialized technical assistance to increase community, ecological, and agricultural resilience.

  • Contractor and employee oversight, payroll, on-boarding new staff, performance reviews, ongoing support for staff engagement and team-building

  • Turning an idea into a program, developing stages and phases and associated internal organization

  • Story and message shaping and impact communications across media types

  • I provide training and technical support to compost operators. I am certified by Vermont’s Agency of Natural Resources to provide guidance for small, medium, and large commercial facilities, and I completed the 131 School of Composting operator training.
